Attwood Green Health Centre has direct access for disabled persons and facilities for hearing impaired.  Patient services are situated on 4 floors with stairs and lift access to these floors.  Floors are colour-coded to aid patient access with clear signage in letters and in Braille.  Reception and security staff on the Ground Floor provide a welcome and immediate assistance for patients and visitors.

Bath Row Medical Practice is located on the First Floor – The Colston Suite and is easily identifiable by its distinctive blue colours.  Facilities on this floor comprise an open plan Reception Area with patient display boards, electronic TV display screens and cold water drink facility.  Light and airy, modern consulting rooms for GPs, nurses and for various forms of counselling offer privacy and comfort for patients.   Patient toilets and baby changing facilities are available on this and all patient accessible floors.

Accommodation on the second (purple) and third (red) floors of Attwood Green Health Centre provides consulting rooms for additional services such as physiotherapy, community out-patient clinics and NHS Dental Services. Offices for the administrative and managerial staff of Bath Row Medical Practice are located on the third floor with additional office space for attached staff (health visitors) and other care providers on the fourth (yellow) floor.  Baby Clinic, meeting rooms and a pharmacy are located on the Ground Floor (green floor).

Do you need an interpreter?

An interpreter service is available but requires pre-booking. Please ask the receptionist to arrange this. You will be asked to identify the main language that you speak and your preference for male or female interpreter. The interpreter can usually be booked within 48 hours. It is important to arrive at the time stated by the receptionist for your consultation. Please let the receptionist know if you are unhappy with the interpreter.

Are you hearing impaired?

If you call in to see us we can set up a special arrangement to help you make appointments. Signing services are available for the deaf by prior arrangement. We also have an induction loop for your use at reception and in the consultation room – please ask the receptionist about this and we will make sure it is available when you arrive for your appointment.
